Overview
We are open to considering candidates with limited or no prior sewing experience, provided they demonstrate dependability, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to undergo training effectively. Due to challenges in sourcing experienced operators, we are committed to training the right individuals from the ground up. Our production floor utilizes a wide range of industrial equipment, including:
- Juki Single Needle Machines
- Sergers / Overlock Machines
- Bartack Machines
- Automatic Pocket Setting Machines
- Snap Machines
- Ikonix Straight Knife Fabric Cutters
- Various specialty sewing and finishing machines
Additionally, there may be opportunities for experienced candidates in the following roles:
- Fabric Cutting
- Shipping Department
- Sewing Machine Maintenance / Equipment Repair
Skills and Experience
For candidates who are trainable, we expect demonstrated enthusiasm, adaptability, and measurable progress toward meeting production standards within the first 90 days / 600 hours under ?nin's management. Key qualities we value include:

Our current production schedule is typically 3 to 5 days per week depending on workflow, with current operations occurring five days per week. Production floor hours are:
Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
