Long Term Care NurseWe are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing assessments, administering treatments and medications, and providing essential patient care activities within a long-term care facility located on-site at a hospital.ResponsibilitiesConduct patient assessments and develop care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Communicate pertinent patient information to MD/NP.Assist with patient admissions and discharges.Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).Manage specialized care such as Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, and Tracheostomy Care.Perform other assigned duties as required.ScheduleThis position offers varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility as there is no guarantee of hours or shift preference.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMust possess an active State of Hawaii nursing license by the start of the assignment.Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred.Assignment DurationThis is a long-term contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
