QA ManagerClient is seeking a QA Manager on a temp-to-hire basis (onshore), with the intent to convert the resource to a full-time employee based on performance, cultural fit, and business need. The resource will lead QA strategy, execution, and governance across multiple projects.Engagement ModelInitial Contract Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)Work Model: Onsite/HybridLocation: EST PreferredResource Profile RequirementsExperience 10+ years in Quality AssuranceMinimum 5+ years in QA Manager / Lead roleExperience in large-scale, multi-system implementationsPreferred Certifications PMP, Agile/ScrumMandatory Skill SetCandidates must have demonstrable experience in:QA strategy, test planning, and estimationManaging end-to-end testing (functional, integration, UAT, regression)QA governance, metrics, and reportingDefect lifecycle management and triageStakeholder communication and cross-functional coordinationTools & TechnologyAzure DevOps / JIRA / SmartsheetsAutomation exposure (Selenium, BrowserStack, Playwright etc.)API/integration testing (Postman)Roles & ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive QA strategy and executionLead and manage QA teams across workstreams and regionsEnsure test coverage, traceability, and execution qualityManage defect triage and resolution trackingProvide status reporting, metrics, and risk visibilityAct as primary QA stakeholder interfaceEnforce release quality gatesDrive process improvements and QA maturityDeliverablesQA Strategy & Test PlansTest execution reports and dashboardsDefect and quality metricsRisk/issue logs with mitigation plans Anveta
