What Youll Do:

Demonstrates knowledge and skill of the agency compliant, abuse, neglect and exploitation process, state/federal guidelines and DOH Incident Reporting Policy Assist various departments with taking calls from Clinicians and patients Pulls current 485s from computer system and directions as needed for scheduling department Assures all vital information is redacted prior to leaving the office Assist scheduling department with receiving messages from clients to clinicians

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of six months experience in a health related field Home health experience preferred Basic computer skills in regards to computer software programs, with ability to learn new programs Must have reliable transportation, current drivers license and appropriate automobile insurance; or ability to take public transportation
