Swimming Assistant Coach

Assistant Swim Coach ---- Office of the Associate Vice President for Campus Services ---- The Longhorn Aquatics Assistant Swim Coach is responsible for assisting the Longhorn Aquatics Head Swim Coach with the training and development of youth athletes, ages 6-18, in a safe, structured, and positive environment. This role supports daily practice operations, skill progression, competition preparation, and athlete mentorship while promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. The Assistant Swim Coach works under the guidance of the Head Swim Coach to advance the program's mission of developing skilled, confident, and successful student-athletes. Coach age group swimmers (ages 6-18) on all four swimming strokes, starts, turns, and race strategy. Competitive swimming or swim coach experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Swim coaching experience preferred.

20.00 + hourly Work Shift Monday to Thursday, 5:00pm- 8:00pm, and Sundays (approximately 10am- 12pm). Hours will vary during Holiday breaks. Required Materials ~ Important
