Employment Litigation Partner

Job Overview Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Partner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex employment litigation matters and will play a key role in the growth and development of our firm. Salary $200,000 - $300,000 per year Benefits Equity depending on experience 80% paid for you and family / medical, dental, vision Strong PTO package Hybrid capabilities High growth and high collaboration environment 3% 401K match HSA Responsibilities Manage a broad range of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related issues. Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies. Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda. Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Advise clients on employment law issues and provide preventive counseling. Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm’s employment litigation practice. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Maryland State Bar and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation, with a proven track record of success. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills. Strong client management skills, with an ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Proven ability to develop new business and expand the firm’s client base. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
