Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time options available for clinic-based roles)

Job Summary & Responsibilities:


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a well-established organization providing school-based and outpatient clinic services . This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders in children and young adults.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs and clinic plans of care)
• Provide therapy services in school-based settings and outpatient clinics
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and parent conferences

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for or holding Connecticut SLP licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome - supervision provided
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
