Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport without travel restrictions. Successful completion of refrigeration/HVAC coursework or equivalent demonstrated hands‑on experience. Working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, controls, and plumbing practices; experience with industrial chillers or heat pumps is strongly valued. Ability to read and interpret refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials. Associate degree or higher in HVAC/R, electrical technology, controls, mechatronics, or a related technical field. Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial or industrial refrigeration equipment. Experience supporting technicians or customers remotely by phone, email, or video.
