Job Overview This position is a Clinical Leadership role within the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology team at HelenDeVos Children’s Hospital, Grand Rapids, Michigan. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the activities of team members within pediatric oncology practices, ensuring optimal patient flow and satisfaction. Serve as liaison among providers, staff, and departmental leadership in daily operations. Manage charge capture, standard work, process improvement, and practice staffing. Develop and guide team member performance and professional development while ensuring policy adherence. Supervise multiple sites and specialty programs within the department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, management, health care administration, or a related field (required). Master’s degree preferred. Minimum five years of relevant healthcare or medical practice experience. At least three years of experience in a leadership role, leading complex projects or initiatives. Proven ability to achieve financial targets and think strategically. Experience with electronic medical records and other medical practice systems (preferred). Certifications CPHON (Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse) – required. TCT (Transplant and Cellular Therapy Certification) – preferred. Location & Schedule Site – 35MichiganStNE, Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40hours per week).
