Through Acts of Service, Words of Affirmation, and meaningful rewards, we've created a culture where our team feels supported, valued, and recognized.We are seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.Provide therapy treatments as directed by the Occupational TherapistFollow physician treatment plans and care goalsAssist with documentation of daily treatments and progress notesSupport interdisciplinary team communication regarding resident progressAssist with discharge planning and caregiver educationMaintain clean, safe therapy areas and equipmentEnsure compliance with state practice act and facility policiesActive COTA license in South Carolina (in good standing)Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programExperience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferredFamiliarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
