Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• ME state license
• Driver's license, car, and auto insurance
• Experience with adult patient populations including post-ortho surgeries, post-surgical cases, fall risks, deconditioning, and mobility issues

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1700
• Shift Days: Monday-Friday
• Weekend rotation: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday
• Holiday requirement: 50% of holidays during the assignment
• Coverage area includes Aroostook County
• Travel required between patient locations, up to 50-100 miles per day
• Orientation provided
• EMR: Netsmart

Location Highlights
