Monday.com Systems Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Monday.com Setup and Systems Specialist to support a U.S.-based construction company. The main responsibility is setting up, organizing, and maintaining the company’s Monday.com workspace. This includes building workflows, boards, dashboards, automations, and reporting systems that help the team manage construction projects, tasks, deadlines, documents, and responsibilities. Candidates with strong experience setting up similar project management platforms may also be considered, provided they can quickly learn and implement Monday.com. Key Responsibilities Set up and customize the company’s Monday.com workspace based on its operational needs. Build boards, workflows, templates, forms, dashboards, reports, and automations. Create systems for tracking construction projects, tasks, deadlines, documents, and project stages. Maintain the platform and ensure information remains organized, accurate, and updated. Identify workflow gaps and recommend ways to simplify or automate manual processes. Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to team members. Create simple process guides and train employees on how to use Monday.com properly. Requirements Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining Monday.com. Experience building workflows, dashboards, templates, reports, and automations. Strong understanding of project tracking, task management, and operational processes. Ability to translate an existing business process into a practical and organized system. Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through. Clear written and verbal English communication. Availability to work during the required U.S. time zone. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a construction, home improvement, remodeling, or contracting company. Experience with similar platforms such as Buildertrend, JobTread, Contractor Foreman, Buildxact, ClickUp, Smartsheet, or Asana. Familiarity with construction project stages, scheduling, job documentation, and contractor coordination. Experience connecting Monday.com with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Zapier, Slack, or CRM platforms. Experience creating process documentation and training system users. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boogieteam
