Resumen del puesto: El Director del Gimnasio es un puesto profesional a tiempo completo responsable del rendimiento general del gimnasio y reportará directamente a The Little Gym International, ya que The Little Gym of Flower Mound es una sede propiedad de una empresa. Trabajarás mano a mano con el equipo directivo de la oficina central para pilotar nuevas iniciativas, afinar procesos operativos y organizar eventos de formación para los nuevos franquiciados de The Little Gym. Responsabilidades: Imparte clases EXCELENTES basadas en nuestro currículo y método de enseñanza probados Lidera un equipo para ofrecer un servicio al cliente excepcional y una experiencia de membresía insuperables Gestionar las operaciones diarias Contratar, gestionar y supervisar la formación del personal Mantenimiento de las instalaciones y el equipo Vende el programa The Little Gym a nuevos clientes Cualificaciones: Tener formación en desarrollo infantil, educación física y/o gimnasia es un punto a favor La experiencia previa en The Little Gym es un plus Experiencia en atención al cliente Experiencia en gestión Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo Gran actitud y fuerte ética de trabajo Me encanta divertirse y no solo sonríe con facilidad, sino que también disfruta haciendo sonreír a los demás Como parte del equipo de The Little Gym, formarás parte de una familia dedicada al crecimiento y desarrollo de niños en todo el mundo.
