The position is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to oversee and grow compounding capabilities while serving as a subject matter expert on compounded treatments. This role focuses on quality, patient safety, and compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations. Shift Options: Front Half: Sunday-Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Back Half: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Donut: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Benefits Affordable medical, dental & vision insurance PTO, holidays, and family leave 401(k) with employer contribution Pet insurance Continuous professional development Built-in career progression opportunities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Ohio At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience Hospital or compounding experience preferred Familiarity with USP , USP , and non-sterile compounding Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance Organized, dependable, and collaborative Key Responsibilities Compound non-sterile medications according to prescription orders and site SOPs Clean, calibrate, and maintain compounding equipment and workspaces Stage raw materials and manage non-sterile compounding inventory Maintain batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs Follow USP , USP , and applicable state and federal requirements Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and compliant work environment Complete training, competency assessments, and annual revalidation #J-18808-Ljbffr
