• License/Certs: Ohio RN License, BLS, ACLS, ONS Chemo Certification (required), NIHSS (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing, with inpatient hematology/oncology experience and MS Oncology/Tele experience, chemo certification required

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care for adult hematology and oncology patients, including those newly diagnosed with acute leukemia
• Administer chemotherapy and related medications following strict infection prevention protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs, interpret telemetry readings, and respond to rapid response team alerts
• Manage IV therapy, blood product administration, and central/peripheral line care
• Support patient falls prevention and infection control strategies
• Document care accurately using EPIC charting system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, ONS Chemo Certification
• At least 2 years of overall nursing experience, including inpatient hematology/oncology
• Proficiency in MS/Tele and telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation
• Experience with IV therapy, blood draws, blood product administration, PICC line management

Preferred:

• NIHSS certification
• Experience with infection control and fall prevention protocols
