Job Title: Bilingual Support Representative Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Representative to support daily customer interactions in both English and Spanish. This role focuses on assisting customers with questions, resolving basic issues, and ensuring information is accurately recorded in internal systems. Communicate with customers through phone, email, or online messaging to answer questions and provide general support in both languages.

• Document conversations and updates in internal tracking systems with accurate data entry.
• Provide clear, courteous communication and maintain a professional tone in all interactions.
• Assist customers with routine account updates, information changes, or simple transaction support.
• Work with team members to share information, identify recurring issues, and help improve service processes.

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in customer support and data entry.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail when entering or reviewing information.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Comfortable handling a steady flow of customer inquiries.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and support general office tasks as needed.

This person will work onsite within an office environment on a team of 3.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
