Registered Nurse ( RN ) Supervisor

ExcelCare at Norwood is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift, ensure high-quality resident care, and promote compliance with facility policies and state regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive team culture.
