Ready to reinvent tomorrow? Our Client seeks a hybrid Structural Designer in Phoenix, AZ. Bring your CAD Associate's degree, 5+ years of structural design experience, and 3+ years of Revit expertise to lead 3D modeling for advanced semiconductor facilities!

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Develop 3D structural models and contract drawings in Revit based on engineering input, sketches, and client standards for advanced technology facilities.
- Lead small design teams, coordinating task assignments, balancing workloads, monitoring progress, and conducting cross-discipline package reviews.
- Drive interdisciplinary coordination to deliver clash-adjudicated, construction-ready documentation that meets strict schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Perform thorough quality control and model reviews, applying high precision to verify the accuracy and completeness of your own work and that of team members.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture while advancing design automation skills and embracing emerging technologies in structural design.
