Primary Function Under the direction of stand manager, supervisor, manager, or chef, this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations. Responsibilities Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. Execute station requirements to the specification of stand manager in a timely manner. Follow recipes accurately, producing dishes to desired specifications. Demonstrate basic knife skills and production techniques, including fryer production. Learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items. Abide by County Health/Sanitation standards and Legends Hospitality standards. Multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining positive guest relations. Serve only the highest‑quality product to guests. Work efficiently and provide quality products by following management direction. Keep equipment in proper operational condition and perform routine cleaning. Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum of 1 year cooking experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for a sports and entertainment venue. Effective communication with co‑workers and management. Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative and culinary skills. Customer‑service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management. Flexibility to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in a team environment. High level of organization and attention to detail. Remain calm in stressful situations, smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service. Make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision. Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years old. Ability to obtain CA Food Handlers Certificate. Willingness to work hours that vary according to event schedule. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. Normal lifting of stock up to 50 lbs.
