Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing our Licensed Clinical Social Workers the flexibility to create a productive work environment tailored to their needs. Our core working hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, with options for flexible scheduling such as 4x10 or 5x8 shifts to encourage a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Holistic Counseling & Wellness Center, you will:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues and life challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related factors impacting their well-being.
\n
• Evaluate client progress and treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessment and adjustment of therapy strategies as necessary.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that coordinate care services tailored to meet emotional and social needs.
\n
• Facilitate short-term crisis intervention and provide referrals to community resources, maximizing client support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and adhere to established protocols for recording treatment progress.

• Support clients with behavioral health concerns such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and grief by employing evidence-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role focuses primarily on clients undergoing detoxification and those experiencing behavioral health challenges. You will work with diverse individuals from various backgrounds and situations, seeking to help them navigate their mental health journeys and foster resilience. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
