Direct Support Professional (DSP) Per Diem All Shifts

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Schedule: Weekdays Second and Third shift Weekends, all 3 shifts Location: Clinton, CT (Training in Branford, CT required first week of June in the mornings) Arbor Associates is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) for overnight coverage in a residential setting. This role requires someone who is alert, consistent, and comfortable providing hands‑on support throughout overnight shifts. Please note: This position includes supporting personal care needs where client privacy and program requirements must be maintained. Assignments will be made in alignment with those needs. If you’re someone who can stay steady and awake overnight, manage routines, and respond appropriately when needed, this is a strong fit.
