Licensed Practical Nurse

Private Home Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full‑time role supporting one of our valued partner facilities. This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys building relationships, leading caregivers, and making a meaningful impact on both clients and staff.
