Operations Supervisor

We're seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee operations at our Midland, TX location. Position Summary The Operations Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of Motorcoach Operators in Midland, Texas, collaborating with the Location Manager to ensure successful operation/execution of the Midland business. The Operations Supervisor also works with safety/training providing development support to Motorcoach Operators. Qualifications: Prior leadership/management experience required. Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a “P” endorsement and 2 years of commercial driving experience and 6 months of "bus" experience (transit, school bus, Motorcoach) required. Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and state/local Department of Transportation rules/regulations required. Excellent/professional written and oral communication skills required. Intermediate Microsoft Suite and Computer use skills/abilities required. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and a background check. Dispatch experience preferred. 3+ years of Motorcoach Operator experience preferred. 1+ year(s) Mentor status with All Aboard America preferred. LLLC Certification preferred. Job Responsibilities: Represents the All Aboard America brand in a positive manner to all individuals; is an advocate for the Company. Follows all Company policies and procedures. Communicates clearly and professionally with all Team Members, passengers, group leaders, law enforcement personnel, and other persons while acting in the course/scope of employment. Responds to email communications and phone calls in a timely manner. Fulfills the role of a Motorcoach Operator as necessary. Supervises Motorcoach Operators Works closely with Location Manager Collaborates with Safety department Schedule: The Operations Supervisor in Midland is expected to be onsite at the Midland office on weekdays. This position may travel occasionally to other AAA locations. Operations Supervisors must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
