The Marketing Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across all entities at Murphy. This position helps maintain a consistent and professional brand presence while supporting business development, customer communications, internal communications, digital marketing, events, and promotional activities. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with leaders and teams across the organization to identify marketing needs, develop content and materials, coordinate projects, and ensure marketing activities accurately represent the Company and its services. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects across different business entities. Qualifications Required 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administrative, business development, or a related field Strong organizational skills and genuine follow-through; you close loops without being reminded Comfort with numbers and process: invoices, budgets, order tracking Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop clear, professional content for a variety of audiences Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency Preferred: HubSpot or comparable marketing automation experience Experience coordinating events or trade shows Experience managing vendor relationships Basic design familiarity (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar) Interest in logistics, supply chain manufacturing, or industrial B2B #J-18808-Ljbffr
