This role supports marketing programs within an off-road channel, helping drive demand, digital initiatives, and cooperative dealer programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams across internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in owning end-to-end project workflows, ensuring timelines are met, communications are clear, and programs are executed with accuracy and consistency.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of marketing programs, including dealer website initiatives, demand-generation campaigns, and co-op programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating dealer website, demand, and co-op marketing programsManaging day-to-day relationships with agency partners and field sales teamsCreating and maintaining project plans, master trackers, and timelinesCoordinating reviews, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholdersScheduling and facilitating meetings to support on-time program deliveryManaging multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detailSupporting issue resolution and problem-solving with dealers in a timely mannerProviding proactive status updates to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Dealers)Contributing to continuous process improvement initiativesQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, marketing, or a related fieldStrong professional written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to stay organized, manage timelines, and deliver resultsComfortable tracking project milestones and dependenciesDependable, detail-oriented, and accountableProficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tablesA problem-solver who knows when to escalate or ask for supportSelf-motivated and adaptable in response to changing business needsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting marketing programs or working with agency partnersExposure to dealer, field sales, or channel marketing environmentsProcess-improvement mindset with a desire to optimize workflowsExperience managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external teamsBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
