Our firm is seeking a Digital Experience Business Project Coordinator on behalf of a leading national retailer known for delivering exceptional digital shopping experiences and customer engagement programs. This role supports a high-visibility digital experience team responsible for customer-generated content initiatives, including ratings, reviews, and review collection campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving operational excellence. This position focuses on executing established processes, coordinating campaign activities, maintaining data integrity, and supporting reporting and budget tracking efforts that enable broader business growth and optimization initiatives. Job Description
As a Digital Experience Business Project Manager, you will provide operational and project management support across campaign execution, issue management, reporting, and budget tracking. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure programs are executed efficiently and according to established processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

• Monitor, triage, and coordinate resolution of ratings, reviews, and customer-generated content inquiries and issues.
• Manage routine follow-ups with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, FAQs, and escalation guidelines.
• Track open issues and escalate risks, exceptions, or concerns requiring additional business review.

Review Collection Campaign Support

• Execute operational processes for review seeding and customer review collection campaigns.
• Maintain campaign setup documentation, project trackers, timelines, deliverables, and status reports.
• Coordinate recurring campaign communications and vendor follow-ups.
• Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify schedule delays, data concerns, or execution risks.

Data, Reporting & Budget Administration

• Maintain recurring operational and campaign performance reports.
• Perform data entry, data validation, quality assurance checks, and tracker maintenance.
• Monitor campaign expenditures and budget utilization against approved plans.
• Prepare reporting inputs and data sets to support business analysis.
• Identify recurring operational trends, process gaps, and execution challenges for team review.

Scope of Role
This role is primarily focused on operational execution, project coordination, and process management. Responsibilities do not include ownership of strategic planning, program prioritization, budget ownership, analytical recommendations, complex escalations, or vendor management decision-making. Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, campaign operations, marketing operations, digital experience, e-commerce, or related business functions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience maintaining project trackers, status reporting, and process documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify risks, track issues, and follow escalation procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital content, e-commerce, customer experience, or digital marketing programs.
• Background in ratings and reviews platforms, customer-generated content, or review collection programs.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and agency partners.
• Knowledge of campaign operations, digital experience management, or retail industry processes.
• Familiarity with budget tracking and operational reporting.
• Experience with data quality audits, reporting dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
