Project Coordinator

Duration: FTE Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers. Responsibilities Support delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives within a banking product and technology environment Manage and facilitate recurring meeting cadences, including preparation and distribution of executive-facing decks and status materials — on time, every time Prepare and maintain project plans, risk and issue logs, budget tracking, and resource schedules Build and manage communication plans for internal and external stakeholders Escalate important information to senior leadership proactively and with appropriate framing Serve as the point person for project status, task tracking, milestones, and forecasts Qualifications Highly organized with strong attention to detail — comfortable owning multiple deliverables simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication; able to structure information clearly for senior audiences Proactive and accountable — doesn't wait to be asked, follows through without reminders Consultant mindset: professional, adaptable, and focused on making things easy for the client Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at varying levels without formal authority Proficiency in standard PM tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment Familiarity with Jira or Confluence Prior internship or work experience in a project support or coordination capacity The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
