Sales & Lead Generation Representative

Middle Georgia | Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity

Pay: $10/hour + Commission
Potential Earnings: $500–$5,000+ per month

PackMan Landscaping LLC is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales & Lead Generation Representative to help grow our rapidly expanding landscaping business throughout Middle Georgia.

This position offers hourly pay plus commission, giving you the security of a base wage with unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and social media
• Meet with prospective customers and represent PackMan Landscaping professionally
• Follow up with leads and help schedule estimates
• Maintain customer relationships and assist with closing sales

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or lead generation experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Reliable transportation required
