In-Home Field Sales Manager

Position Overview Joyce is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our in‑home sales organization across the Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC markets. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing field sales representatives, and ensuring a consistent, professional customer experience. This role oversees two major markets and requires regular travel between Asheville and Greenville. The Sales Manager will work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and operations teams to execute regional sales strategy, improve conversion performance, and build a strong, accountable sales culture.
