Director of Operations

Overtime Men’s Health is one of the fastest growing men’s health companies in the country We’re Tampa based health optimization company helping men take control of their energy, hormones, performance, confidence, and long-term health through diagnostics, hormone optimization, weight-loss support, peptide therapy, and high-touch patient care Our company has built a large online presence, a rapidly growing patient base, and a brand that is becoming known nationally in the men’s health space. Demand is increasing quickly, and the business is entering a major growth phase. We are looking for a Director of Operations to help build the operating foundation required for that next stage Not a slow corporate operations role. This is a fast-growth, founder-led environment where speed, ownership, systems, and accountability matter The right person is analytical, organized, direct, and capable of bringing structure to a fast-moving company without slowing it down You will work directly with the founders and leadership team to improve systems, manage execution, tighten service delivery, and make sure the business can scale cleanly as demand continues to rise Responsibilities Own day to day business operations across service, fulfillment, internal processes, and cross-functional execution Build operating systems that allow the business to scale without losing speed, quality, or patient experience Work directly with founders and leadership to turn company priorities into clear plans, scoreboards, SOPs, and accountability rhythms Improve the patient journey from onboarding through ongoing care, ensuring speed, accuracy, communication, and white glove service Identify bottlenecks across service, sales handoffs, fulfillment, communication, software, and administrative workflows Build, document, and enforce SOPs, checklists, reporting systems, and operational standards Manage team performance, execution, and follow through against company goals Coordinate with internal departments, providers, vendors, and external partners to ensure work gets completed on time Support implementation of new systems, software, workflows, and process changes Track key operating metrics and surface issues before they become larger problems Help protect the company’s reputation by ensuring the customer experience matches the strength of the brand Create a culture of ownership, urgency, service, and high standards Requirements 3+ years of operations, management, or leadership experience Experience managing teams and improving business processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on site in Tampa, FL Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, project management tools, and internal operating systems High urgency, high accountability, and strong attention to detail Experience in healthcare, telehealth, wellness, functional medicine, or medical operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Overtime Men’s Health
