Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindfully Life, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Providing one-on-one therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques that promote personal growth and emotional wellness.

• Setting achievable therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly tracking and discussing their progress to enhance outcomes.

• Offering teletherapy solutions, delivering virtual sessions to clients who may have transportation issues or prefer the comfort of their own homes.

• Maintaining high ethical standards by accurately documenting all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to sharpen your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and phases of addiction recovery. Your work will directly contribute to improving individual mental health and fostering resilience, ultimately empowering clients to navigate their personal journeys and make positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and struggles.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, facilitating effective case load management and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in addiction treatment, as well as those with training in various therapeutic modalities that enhance client outcomes. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous.
