Responsibilities Maintain team lead’s schedule Maintain team calendar Prepare listing presentations and CMAs Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence Open and distribute mail Prepare all marketing mailings Answer phones Handle client inquiries and complaints Maintain supplies, office equipment and software Engage in Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call Qualifications You are an organized, methodical and driven professional with a servant leader's heart.
