Homebound Tutor

Virtual Position Tutor for an 11th grade student. 10 Hrs/Week
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect all instructional materials and assignments from the Principal/designee (PK-3) or Guidance Counselor (4-12) who will serve as the case manager.
- Arrange to meet with the student as required by federal and state regulations in a mutually agreeable site conducive to instruction.
- Provide the necessary instruction and implementation of academic assignments and class plans as provided by the classroom teacher.
- Keep accurate record of daily instruction,
- Report to the assigned case manager on the progress of the instruction.
- Return all completed work as directed to the case manager.
- Complete a final report of the tutoring as directed by the case manager.
