Mortgage Inspector

Job Summary NOFS (Northern Ohio Field Services) is currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Inspector to join our growing team in Williamson County, TN. This Contractor Other position requires an independent worker without supervision to complete inspections accurately and efficiently. Compensation & Benefits You will receive a fee for each inspection, ranging between $25 and $35 per hour, based on location and volume. As a contractor, you can set your own schedule and work autonomously. Responsibilities Conduct residential property inspections to verify occupancy status and deliver delinquency letters. Utilize inspection software and tools to document and report findings. Take photos of properties and deliver required documents. Complete inspections within designated timelines and meet performance metrics. Communicate professionally with the account manager. Stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections. Maintain professionalism at all times. Requirements Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Must pass a background check and obtain an Aspen Grove number; background check is not reimbursed. Preferably 6 months of experience in inspections or as a 1099 employee. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Proficient with technology and able to learn new software quickly. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to travel to properties in Williamson County and potentially surrounding counties.
