Remote Pharmacist: Patient Consultation & Education

Navitus Health Solutions

Lumicera Health Services is hiring a Pharmacist, Patient Consultation Services, to provide telephonic clinical consultations for specialty medications. Part-time shifts include 2x10-hour Mondays and one other weekday, or 5x4-hour weekdays CT; remote work is available to select states.

The role focuses on patient assessments, education, adherence, and medication management. Ideal candidates hold ACPE-accredited PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, active licensure, and proven experience in counseling,
