This role blends technical leadership, people management, and delivery ownership within a fast-paced Agile environment.You will oversee a cross-functional team of software engineers, Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), and Scrum Masters focused on credit card modernization initiatives, data streaming platforms, and high-performance database systems.
