Desktop Support Technician

We are presently seeking a Desktop Support Technician for our Billerica site. Main responsibilities Provide advanced onsite and desk-side IT support for end users as needed when escalated from the service desk; Support and maintain Windows PCs, laptops, and mobile devices in an enterprise environment; Perform device provisioning, replacements, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management; Support Microsoft Intune operations including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, configuration profiles, and application deployments; Troubleshoot endpoint related issues and partner with senior IT staff on complex incidents; Assist with endpoint security, patching, and standard configuration activities; Document technical procedures, asset changes, and issue resolutions in accordance with IT standards. Requirements Demonstrate hands on experience supporting Windows endpoints in a business environment; Show working knowledge of Microsoft Intune or endpoint management platforms; Exhibit experience supporting users onsite with minimal supervision; Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and Azure AD concepts; Communicate effectively with end users and IT team members; Be willing to travel as required; Be able to lift and move IT equipment as part of onsite support duties. The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $45.00.
