What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the toral mental health program in compliance with government and management directives. Position Responsibilities Include: Plan, coordinate, and conduct the administrative and programmatic activities of the student mental health program. Implement a mental health program with an emphasis on prevention, early detection, and identification of mental health problems. Promote the coordination and integration of the mental health program with other center departments such as counseling, social development, and recreation. Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of service to students. Prepare related reports. Coordinate case management between TEAP/TUPP staff, counselors, wellness staff, physicians, instructors, and other applicable staff regarding student behavior, compliance, medication, side effects, and treatment progress. Ensure that all mental health records are properly maintained and safeguarded in compliance with HIPAA standards. Education and Experience Requirements: Clinical/counseling psychologist or clinical social worker with one (1) years related experience. Must have a valid, unrestricted California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Psychologist) license and experience with adolescents and young adults.
