Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in Surgical Technology
• At least one year of experience supporting OR teams
• Strong orthopedic surgery background; total joint replacement experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative with excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
