Key Qualifications:

• Certification/Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program preferred
• Experience as a surgical tech in orthopedic settings (total joint replacement experience strongly preferred)
• Thorough understanding of sterile technique and safety protocols
• Ability to assist in surgical procedures, including instrument handling and preparation
• Reliable, adaptable, and collaborative in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the operating room for a variety of surgical procedures with emphasis on orthopedics
• Anticipate and provide appropriate instruments and supplies during surgery
• Maintain a sterile field, supporting patient safety and infection prevention
• Respond to calls for urgent or emergent procedures efficiently
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and RN staff to deliver high-quality care
