Contract position (travel assignment)
Shifts and length of assignment to be discussed during interview
Active RN license (unencumbered and eligible for Ohio)
Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience in a stepdown or progressive care setting (cardiac experience strongly preferred)
EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
Adaptability to quickly changing patient needs and unit demands
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to post-acute cardiac patients requiring close monitoring
Perform ongoing assessments, medication administration, and interventions according to care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists
Educate patients and families about procedures, care needs, and post-discharge instructions
Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy standards at all times
Contribute to positive patient outcomes and uphold unit standards
