PCU/Stepdown Nurse (RN) | Strongsville, Ohio

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position; specific shift and duration to be discussed during the interview process

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIH
• Proven stepdown, intermediate care, or progressive care experience
• Nurse/patient ratio experience of 1:5 or 1:6 preferred
• Ability to float between inpatient areas, including SDU, MCU, Medical/Surgical units, and Emergency Department for boarder patients as needed
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development
