We bring personalized, adaptive workouts directly to clients' homes and local sites, creating a safe, supportive space where women trainers can thrive as professionals and leaders.
We Provide:
- Earn your worth: 25% above average PT pay. Top full time trainers earn $1,000 –$1,250 weekly (25–30 hours, plus commissions & bonuses)
- Up to $50 per session, including base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.
- Flexibility that fits your life: Choose mornings, evenings, weekdays, or weekends.

- Track to Master Personal Trainer
- Track to Territory Manager/General Manager
- Professional development: Paid team trainings, mentorship from Owners and a Master Trainer, certification renewal reimbursement, and opportunities to attend the annual GYMGUYZ conference.

Day in the Life of a GYMGUYZ Female Training Specialist:
- Drive to clients' homes or local sites to lead safe, effective workouts for women and families.
- Create customized programs in the GYMGUYZ App, focusing on motivation, safety, and technique.
- Empower clients to reach milestones — from strength goals to everyday confidence — and celebrate every win.
- Stay connected with a team that values mentorship, growth, and recognition.
Requirements:
- National personal training certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, or ACSM).
- A passion for helping people — especially women and families — live stronger, healthier, and more confident lives.
