Customer Service Representative (onsite)

: Customer Care Representative Are you looking for a great Customer Care opportunity at a company that loves pets as much as you do? Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is the country's premier pet food and pet supply distributor, and as a Customer Care Representative, you will act as customer Care liaison to our customers/clients: pet stores, feed & farm stores, groomers, veterinarians, and humane organizations from coast to coast! Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (onsite) Pay: $18.00/hour This is a HUGE foot in the door with Phillips Pet Your responsibilities:

• Provides courteous, efficient customer interface via telephone for processing of orders and as a point of contact for any of Phillips customers' concerns
• Perform heavy, accurate order entry into the AS400 system
• Assist customers with special orders, communicating with appropriate departments as needed
• Issue Return Goods Authorizations according to established Phillips Feed policies and procedures
• Maintains current knowledge of existing and new products
• Participates in a safety culture that includes no recordable accidents and no loss of time injuries. Always make a safe choice. Watches out for co-workers and warns them when there are any safety issues or hazards. Participates actively in all safety programs and activities

What you'll need:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• One to two years of call center experience or customer Care experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; AS400 experience desired
