Position Summary The Yoga Lead is an inspiring and charismatic leader with a passion for yoga and a knack for encouraging others to explore its benefits. With a deep appreciation for the LIFEPOWER YOGA brand, the Leader is dedicated to curating exceptional experiences that resonate with members and inspire teachers to choose Life Time as their preferred yoga destination. Job Duties/Responsibilities Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented yoga teachers, fostering a culture of high-quality instruction and exceptional service, while cultivating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that empowers members to explore and deepen their yoga practice. Lead by example, teaching a minimum of 4 signature yoga classes per week that embody the LIFEPOWER YOGA ethos and ignite passion and inspire your team through your expertise Elevate the member experience by managing weekly 1:1 yoga sessions alongside engaging monthly workshops, fostering deeper connections and exploration of the yoga practice. Collaborate with other Yoga Teacher Training faculty to create a supportive and empowering learning environment that nurtures the growth and development of aspiring yoga teachers. Empower your teachers through regular discussions about the member experience, while guiding them towards professional development through revenue-generating programs and YTT opportunities. Manages a budget and drives participation to meet or exceed expectations. Minimum Required Qualifications Experience with payroll review and approval Schedule Optimization Education Certified yoga teacher with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. Years of Experience 2 years of management or leadership experience Payroll Schedule Optimization Licenses / Certifications / Registrations LIFEPOWER YOGA -hour Yoga Certification -hour Yoga Certification Certified in all LIFEPOWER YOGA Signature Classes CPR Certification Preferred Qualifications Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Social Media experience/skills Life Time is a place for everyone.
