Requirements Education, Experience, and Skills (Qualifications/Requirements): - Proven experience in front desk or hospitality management preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism - Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite - Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus - FSPMS experience a plus Physical Requirements: -Must be able to lift items up to 75lbs. -Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
