Position Overview Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics (CCC-SLP) Location: Libertyville, IL | Schedule: Full Time | Compensation: $70,000 - $82,000 annually | Incentives: $10,000 Bonus RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our fun, collaborative, multi‑disciplinary team. We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, sensory processing, feeding disorders, speech and language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation, and phonological disorders. Our therapeutic approach focuses on multidisciplinary collaboration and development of each clinician's expertise and areas of passion. We have an individualized 1:1 treatment approach to pediatric therapy and value family‑centered care. Responsibilities Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs to maximize outcomes. Provide ongoing evaluation of your patients’ status and goals. Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services. Build relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Meet American Speech‑Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation of Clinical Fellowship Year, including 36 credit hours in prescribed study. Qualifications State SLP licensure and ASHA certification required. 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
