This role ensures the smooth flow of communication and paperwork, supporting the department’s efforts to maximize sales and client satisfaction.**Essential Functions and Duties:*** Provide general administrative support, including typing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.* Audit the sales system for accuracy, space conflicts, and space control on behalf of the department director.* Manage the flow of paperwork in and out of the sales management office.* Maintain an organized filing system for reports and records.* Respond to client requests, complaints, and questions in a timely and courteous manner.* Receive, sort, and distribute mail for the sales department.* Handle faxing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed.* Monitor and manage office supply inventory, placing orders as approved by the Sales Department.* Attend and take minutes during sales meetings, distributing them as necessary.* Assist other administrative office staff during absences.* Collect dates, statistics, and reports from staff and follow up on special assignments.* Assist with the completion of special projects as assigned by the department head.*Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.***Required Experience, Education, and Skills:*** Previous administrative or sales support experience is preferred.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing records and documents.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.* Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to assist with reports and audits.* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.**Work Environment:*** Primarily indoor office work, with frequent use of computers and office equipment.* Must be able to walk, stand, and lift up to 20 lbs. as needed.* Regular interaction with clients, team members, and vendors, requiring flexibility in communication and scheduling.* Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs.**Other Duties:**Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
