Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and general building maintenance. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and perform preventative maintenance in commercial and residential settings.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including faucets, toilets, drains, and water lines.
Perform basic electrical repairs, including outlets, switches, fixtures, and wiring.
Conduct HVAC maintenance and minor repairs on heating and cooling systems.
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repairs as needed.
Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of handyman, maintenance, or skilled trades experience.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general construction.
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time position
Monday–Friday (occasional overtime as needed)
Pay based on experience
