We're hiring a Sales Manager in Kearney for a hands-on role where you'll build customer relationships, drive sales and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

SALES MANAGER
Location: Kearney, NE
Pay: $18/hour

SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM
Saturday, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM
Sundays off plus one additional day off during the week

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Greet customers and help them find the right products for their needs
• Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers
• Close lease agreements and process rental applications
• Process renewal payments and customer transactions
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Answer calls and assist with customer questions
• Oversee delivery drivers and coordinate daily delivery schedules
• Communicate priorities and schedules to the delivery team
• Keep the showroom organized, properly priced and looking its best
• Assist with merchandise displays, inventory and product presentation
• Help move and handle merchandise as needed
• Work with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Professional, positive and motivated
• Comfortable using computers and processing online applications and payments
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Previous sales, customer service or supervisory experience preferred
